    FEES & COMMERCIALS

    We only do custom designed programs and do not sell packages. For proposals not exceeding one day, we offer a single price quote only. ​For all multi-day proposals, we charge a nominal design fee per unique program which varies based on the duration of the trip being requested for. This fee is to be paid prior to sending you the initial outline.

    This fee is refundable or non-refundable based on how you would like your proposal to be priced. Your proposal can be offered with a single price or with a detailed price break-down. If you opt for a single price quote and confirm the entire program with us, we will adjust the design fee against the final invoiced value. If you opt for a quote with price break-downs, the design fee will be non-refundable, and you are free to choose whether to book all, part or none of the services with us. Please inquire directly with us on our itinerary design fees.
