Heading the company since 2010. Loves scuba diving, conchology, bicycling and birdwatching. A very buoyant person, so an 8kg weight belt is not enough to send him down. Co-founder, Barefoot Group in Andaman Islands.

Senior Travel Designer

A fitness enthusiast can’t go a day without hitting the gym or swimming pool. Loves fitness, fashion, food and travel, but currently loves her pet Golden Retriever the most. Gets super excited talking about travel and holidays that friends are planning and is quick to research and share ideas even without being asked.

The real boss. General Manager & Director - Operations.

NEHA SODHANI

Travel Designer

Was in our luxury overseas business until recently, and now looks after our web development and media planning. Loves food, fashion and markets. Failed trying to open a franchise of a famous Indian snack-house on her office desk. 

S. JAYABALAN

Accounts Head

Heads accounts for the business. Soft-spoken, friendly and un-accountant like, he is loved by all in the office, i.e. surprisingly effective. Dreams of the simple life in his village. Loves swimming with water buffaloes.

RUCHA GUPTA

Director - Learning Journeys

Chief designer for all learning through travel. Loves reading, cars, her dog, her kids, and maybe her husband
(in no specific order). Has extreme Ornithophobia and married to an avid birdwatcher.

Accounts & Finance Manager

A veteran of the travel industry, Venkat has worked with a diversity of businesses and is our ace trouble-shooter on accounts and finance. Keeps all of us on our toes and makes sure we run a tight ship.
